At that time I realized the value of home-cooked food. So I started to search for a home-cooked tiffin service in Powai. Then I came across 3 different tiffin services in Powai Hiranandani. I tried all these three 3 Tiffin services.
Paradise Tiffins
This is my favorite tiffin service in Powai. They have their kitchen in Powai and the food is delivered hot and fresh from that kitchen. . The food is very tasty also and apart from that, they don’t use any kind of preservatives. As they already know in advance how many tiffins they are going to deliver so accordingly they cook fresh food.

Initially, I took their 3-day trial package. For which I paid Rs 390. The food was very tasty. All the ingredients they use were up to the mark and the quantity of food was also good. So after trying their 3-day package I took the monthly subscription of their tiffin service. Many tiffin services in Powai charge delivery fees but Paradise Tiffin service doesn’t charge anything for food delivery.
Paradise Tiffins also provide breakfast. As I already have a breakfast facility in my office due to which I never ordered breakfast from them. If you need breakfast also then you can contact them.
One more thing which I liked about paradise tiffins is that they always delivered my food on the time. I never faced any kind of delivery issue.
When the covid struck one of the most important things for me was to eat healthy and nutrient-rich food. If it would not have been for Paradise Tiffins it would have become very difficult for me at that time.
My favorite dish on their menu is Aalu dum and Sahi panner. Apart from that, they don’t repeat the same food again and again. Paradise Tiffins provides a lot of options when it comes to varieties of food.
I have been using their tiffin service for the last 2 years and one of my favorite things is that they always make seasonal dishes. For example, if there is winter they will provide Makki roti, Sarso vegetables, etc.

Spicebox
Spicebox is a very good tiffin service. They deliver around 400 meals a day all over Mumbai. The food is tasty and packing is also good but the quantity is a little less. Sometimes it doesn’t fill the stomach. They have a kitchen in Andheri and from there they deliver the food.
The issue which I faced with them was of lack of coordination. They don’t reply to calls or messages very often. Sometimes I had to coordinate around 30 minutes for my lunch.
Apart from all these one of the major drawbacks of spicebox was delivery charges. Spicebox charges delivery fees of Rs 35 per order. Due to delivery fees, the food becomes a little expensive. They deliver the food via third-party vendors as a result sometimes lunch arrives at 10:00 AM and sometimes it is very late.
